SHIPPING & RETURNS
SHIPPING POLICY
Ophina will ship out all products and injections that require shipping on Friday mornings mostly through USPS Priority Mail. Sometimes other shipping methods will be used depending on the product.

Shipping usually takes 5-7 business days!
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
In the event that a product is purchased from Ophina, such as ZO Skincare, the client will have up to 30 days to return OR exchange the product at Ophina's physical location.

At the time of the return OR exchange, proof of purchase will need to be present and a form will need to be filled out provided by Ophina.
​
If exchanging a product it must be of the same value as the previous product purchased. If the new product is more than the previous then the client will be responsible for paying the difference.
